Tips for Enjoying Your Tour:
Wear Proper Footwear

• Delphi is built on a steep slope, and the ancient paths (especially the Sacred Way) are uneven and sometimes slippery.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes with grip — sandals or fashion shoes are not recommended.

Stay Hydrated & Bring Snacks
• There’s limited access to food and drinks inside the archaeological area. Bring a reusable water bottle and a small snack, especially in the warmer months.

Respect the Sacred Atmosphere
• Delphi was once considered the center of the world ("navel of the earth"). Many visitors describe a spiritual or peaceful feeling there.
• Be mindful of noise levels and avoid climbing on restricted ruins.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable walking shoes
• Hat and sunscreen (especially April–October)
• Water bottle
• Light jacket (weather can change quickly in the mountains)
• Camera or phone for breathtaking photos
